Understanding the payment process (link to getting paid) is an important step towards getting paid by your customers. When a customer checks out, they can choose to pay for their order using any of the methods that you’ve enabled in your Payment Settings of your admin. You can enable a variety of payment methods using KitCart.
KitCart allows customers to do Manual Payments, Cash On Delivery (COD) which you can enable by setting up a display name at checkout, and adding additional details. Other Payments are also available where your customers can pay online without using a credit card like KitPay, Flutterwave, Paystack, PayPal, Stripe, etc.
When choosing a payment provider, consider the countries where your business is located and where your customers live; so you can choose a gateway which their currency supports.
All KitCart-supported payment methods rely on third-party providers to process your transactions. These providers might charge extra fees, as well as enforce rules about what products you can sell using their service. When you set up a payment method, check the service to make sure you understand their rules and fees.
Payments on KitCart can either be made manually or automatically.
