Manage Your Staff

You can add staff to your store to help in the management of your online store, such as completing tasks in your KitCart admin, monitoring orders, shippings and deliveries, managing your linked social media, communications with customers, etc. 

While you add the staffs, KitCart allows you to specify what position they hold in your store, for example sales rep. you can also edit your staffs details subsequently, or delete their account.

How to add a staff to your store

  1. From your KitCart admin, go to Settings > Staff Management > Add New Staff
  2. Enter staff’s name, email and position
  3. Enter staff’s permission password
  4. Save
